Appointment FAQs
Walk-ins are welcome if there is availability; however, this cannot always be guaranteed, so even if it’s the same day, we always advise making an appointment.
BARBERSHOP CHANGES: Your appointment can be moved ahead or back 15 minutes with notice using our message system. If you provide inaccurate contact information, you will not receive these communications.
CLIENT CHANGES: The client is welcome to change the day or time of their appointment as long as they give the barber advanced notice of the change.
If you do not arrive for your appointment, you will be noted as a “no show” in our scheduling system. No-shows must give a credit card number when booking their following five appointments. If you are marked as a no-show for the second or third time, your credit card on file will be charged in full for the services for which you scheduled the appointment.

Most definitely. We understand how important it is to find a barber who understands or shares your sense of style. You can request a specific barber, and we will try to accommodate your request based on availability.
The length of an appointment can change based on the specific service and the needs of each person. A haircut session typically lasts between thirty and forty-five minutes, however other procedures could take longer. Our barbers put quality first and spend the time necessary to make sure you’re satisfied with the final result.
When booking for yourself and a family member or friend, please book 2 separate appointments instead of one long appointment.
